Speaker team

The speaker team represents the doctoral programme externally and coordinates the work of the advisory board. The speaker team consists of the following persons:

  • Prof. Dr. Anna Steidle, Ludwigsburg University of Public Administration and Finance, associated with the University of Hohenheim, Work and Organisational Psychology
  • Prof. Dr. Bernhard Boockmann, Institute for Applied Economic Research and University of Tübingen, Economics
  • Prof. Dr. Ulrich Palm, University of Hohenheim, Public Law, Financial and Tax Law

Steering committee

Each participating university is represented by one person on the steering committee. Their tasks include participating in the selection of colleagues, quality management of the qualification and supervision concept, and internal coordination of the doctoral programme. The following persons are members of the board of trustees:

Advisory board

The advisory board comprises stakeholders in the administrations as well as the recipients of the research results from politics and practice, such as the Normative Control Council BW. The Advisory Board supports the doctoral programme in its cooperation with public administrations.

Representation of the doctoral candidates

The representation of the doctoral candidates consists of up to three elected representatives. They are responsible for self-organisation and representing the interests of the doctoral programme.
