Vita
Bianca Vogler completed her training as an administrative clerk in 2014 and subsequently pursued a degree at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Kehl. While working at the District Office in Konstanz, she completed her Master’s degree in Leadership and Public Governance at Steinbeis University Berlin. After graduating in 2020, she worked at the Ministry of the Interior in the field of cybersecurity. Since 2022, she has been employed as an organizational manager at the Department for Digitalization, Organization, and IT of the City of Stuttgart. In March 2024, she began her doctoral studies as part of the Graduate Program “Good Administration” at the Chair of Sociology, led by Prof. Dr. Caroline Ruiner, at the University of Hohenheim. Her research focuses on the conceptualization and effects of administrative culture.
