Anna Victoria Kost studied social work with a focus on innovative social work. In her master's thesis, she examined the stress experienced by employees in integration management in Baden-Württemberg at the interface between social work and health management.

After working in municipal social planning, she joined the Baden-Württemberg Municipal Association for Youth and Social Affairs (KVJS) in 2023. There she works in the field of digitalization and is responsible for project management in the area of “Introduction of Artificial Intelligence.”

Since November 2024, she has been pursuing a doctorate in the cooperative doctoral program “Good Administration” on the implementation of artificial intelligence in public administration, with a focus on the effects of its introduction on the well-being of administrative employees.
